The high pressure and drastic temperature changes result in mineral deposits/scale forming on the inside of the tubes (As the minerals and the metals re-act). This build up of scale and calcification results in debris in the water and reduced performance of the overall system.
Our industrial cleaning teams offer a Pipe, Tube and Line Blasting service. Utilising Ultra High Pressure machines and nozzles, we shut down the machine, open the opposing end and hydro-blast the Pipes and Tube clear. Tough work often in tougher conditions.
