Factory Roof and Cladding Wash

As part of our X-treme Care program, we enter into a 12 or 24 month property maintenance contract for property owners and asset managers. A key offering in this care package is the upkeep of external appearances of the commercial property in the portfolio. Expansive IBR Sheeting on the roof surfaces, cladding and structures require regular cleaning and care to ensure a clean and sightly environment for the business operations. We have a number of larger properties under our care and we take great pride in the result driven service we provide to these valued clients.
