THE HOW?
Our X-treme cleaning team follows a step-by-step process to ensure you have a clean, hygienic and safe kitchen environment. We offer a full kitchen cleaning service and a full Extractor Hood, Extractor Fan and Extractor Ducting cleaning service.
Use a Professional Team:
- Our team inspects the Extractor system for any damage or wear when arriving on-site.
- First, our team has a look at the extractor canopy.
- The power is shut off before working on the system
- The removal of the filters in the Extractor Fan occurs and then proceeds to give them a thorough deep clean
- Filters will be put back in, ensuring they are clean
- Any residue will be scraped off
- High pressure is used to clean all parts during this process
- Any grease or dirt in and surrounding the extractor is then removed using food grade degreaser, which is environmentally friendly and toxin-free.
- The fan motor is then given a complete wipe down and deep clean
- We remove the top of the duct to give it a thorough clean removing all unwanted substances
- A thorough clean of the baffle filter is given
- We then focus on the extractor inlet, making sure there are no blockages of any kind.
After the deep cleaning process is completed, a certificate is handed over to the customer indicating that the deep clean was satisfied with the date and name of our servicing company. This is called an extractor certification and is mainly used to show that the extractor has had its six-monthly clean
